How to cope with anxiety

Coronavirus has the world on edge.While some people may be more susceptible to becoming ill with the coronavirus than others, none of us are immune to the pervading sense of anxiety caused by this pandemic.


There are some things we can keep in mind, and some practical steps we can take to keep coronavirus-related anxiety under control and be more optimistic.

And more importantly Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7)
